Come along with Japan Mobility to see a living example of Japanese history in action!
About Ukai (cormorant fishing)
The practice of ukai involves a skilled fisherman and trained birds working together to catch fish. The Kisogawa river hosts nightly viewings, from a traditional boat, of the fishing in action and we will be offering a trip to all interested. This is a rare chance to see a truly unique practice.
September 16th, 2017 from 4:30pm to 9:30pm
Payment will be collected on the day.
This includes the boat trip but not dinner so please bring your own packed meal and beverages.
